Instructions
Apply to clean, moist skin. When using active ingredients, it is most effective to apply Tone Prep to a cotton round and wipe skin. This helps remove dead skin cells, environmental toxins, oil, excess dirt and makeup. follow with a Rederma serum and moisturizer while skin is almost dry. Use 2x/day.
